Radio FM 103 MHz and Television 3 is located at Nš 02, Russia Blvd, Sangkat Monorom, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.

Radio FM 103 MHz was equipped with hi-tech using FM Stereo Multiplex System. It had transmitted power at 10 kilowatt.

Radio FM 103 MHz started it broadcasting program from 01.09.94 to 03.03.99 and it broadcasted
19 hours per day from 05:00am to 24:00am.

Radio FM 103 MHz extended its broadcasting 24 hour per day starting from March 03, 1999
