Television 3 is a joint venture between KCS Cambodia Co., LTD and Phnom Penh Municipality.

Television 3 is located at Nš 02, Russia Blvd, Sangkat Monorom, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.

TV3 was equipped with transmitt power at 10 kilowatt.

The Objectives

To organize an out-door event in order to celebrate the new year of 2000 and so called "New Millennium" with the following objectives;

- To create a better impact on TV program for this biggest event.

- To celebrate a new Millennium where people around the world are participating

- To create a new image of TV Station into a new millennium

- Provide the audience of an exciting event through the TV3 & Radio FM103 MHz, FM 97.5 MHz FM 100.5 MHz.

The Concepts

To organize an event with the title of "Celebration of New Millennium" with the following concepts;

- To Organize a parade with the longest Krama Cloth of 2000m long around the Phnom Penh city.

- Big movies screen size 8m x 17m, playing 3 days in Wat Phnom

- Burn the firework on the count-down time (00:00h, 31/12/99)

- Buntings of New Millennium Celebration will be put on 1000pcs of lamp-post around the city.

- The longest hours of concert 7:00pm-12:00pm-/30/12/99 and1/1/200

- The longest hours of concert 12:00pm-06:00am-/31/12/99

- Installation of lights and sound in Wat Phnom on 31/12/99 at 23.00 pm
