Who Are Our Users?
Anyone interested
-
to communicate by e-mail in Cambodia or internationally,

to read Internet newsgroups,
-
to research or exchange professional information
in different fields.
While many of our users are from the public sector
- from Government Ministries or Departments, from UN related agencies
and their staff, or from Cambodian or international non-government organizations
- we have also an increasing number of individuals and commercial companies
as users. At the time of this writing - September 1998 - we have over 550 users
in Phnom Penh and in 3 other provinces.
