Communicate from person to person, among the users of our system, or with anybody connected to the Internet world wide.   Both the Roman and Khmer scripts can be used. 
• Newsgroups

Participate in newsgroups, where people exchange information and opinion on specific subjects.  Our most popular local newsgroup at present is local.camclips information on Cambodian affairs.  Our most popular international newsgroup is soc.culture.cambodia where mainly Cambodians in other countries discuss Cambodian affairs.  At present we have about 90 newsgroups accessible, but we can add more on request. 
• Mailing Lists

Specific information - mostly on professional, selected subjects - is collected and then shared with a group of subscribers who are interested in the field. For example, the Southeast Asia Aids mailing list connects about 500 individuals or groups in South East Asia who are involved in medical or social care programs for persons affected by HIV/AIDS. 
• Stored Library Resources

A growing collection of individual documents of public interest, and of regular publications (both in English and Khmer) is available for downloading by our users. Our users are also invited to make material available through our system in electronically stored form. 
• Training and Assistance

Our staff will help you to get started and set up your computer to connect to our system. Our Help Desk is available to clarify further questions: on screen, by phone, or through visits to our office or to your place of operation.
