Cambodian Royal Government's orders for

- His Excellencies Co-ministers of Interior
- His Excellencies Co-ministers of National Defense
- His Excellencies Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
- His Excellencies Lieutenant Generals, Chief of General staff of Royal Cambodian Armed forces.
- His Excellencies Government Delegates to Phnom Penh, Keb and Pailin city.
- His Excellencies Provincial and Municipal governors.

In the past years in spite of the fact that the royal government issued regulations and took any successive measures to crack down anarchic activities to deforest and carry forest products and by-products, these activities are still prevailing continuously and subject Cambodian forest resources to devastation and severe threat, which international and national opinions have been paying much attention to and showing great concern over the fate of Cambodian forest resources.

Faced with this dangerous situation, as mentioned above, and to add to the existing regulations and orders which are still in effect, the royal government issued orders to His Excellencies Co-ministers of Interior, Co-ministers of National Defense Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Lieutenant General, Chief of General staff of Royal Cambodian Armed forces, Lieutenant Generals, Director General of Nation Police, Government Delegates to Phnom Penh, Keb and Pailin city, and Provincial and Municipal governors and deputy governors to take immediate stern actions, assigning forces to quell and eliminate all anarchic activities deforesting and carrying forest products and by-products and illegal big and small wood-sawing mills, wood-processing mills as well as the stocks of the mill compounds, and confiscate any proof and offense equipment, then file proceedings and send them to the court.

Armed forces together with forestry officers and involved institution have to actively carry out the orders and possible actions can be taken to implement the orders effectively, including military operation.

Also, the involved institutions have to conduct investigations to find out the offenders and those who backed them and have to take legal actions.

The Royal government is trying to draft the special laws concerning the prevention, repression and elimination of all anarchic activities related to deforestation as soon as possible and submit them to the National Assembly for approval.

Having received these orders, His Excellencies Co-ministers of Interior Co-ministers of National Defense, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and fisheries, Lieutenant Generals, Chief of General staff of Royal Cambodian Armed forces, Lieutenant General, Director General of National Police, Government Delegates to Phnom Penh, Keb and Pailin City, and Provincial and Municipal government and deputy governors have to take measures to implement the orders most effectively.
