The full session of the cabinet meeting

In the afternoon of 06 May 1999 at 15:15 there was a full session of the cabinet meeting at the Council of Ministers presided over by Samdech HUN SEN Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia in order to review and adopt:
The draft of sub-decree on the organization and functioning of the ministry of water resources and meteorology.
The cabinet approved of and adopted the draft of sub-decree which stipulates that the ministry of water resources and meteorology is granted the mission by the Royal Government of Cambodia to lead and manage the domain of water resources and meteorology in the Kingdom of Cambodia. and set policies and strategies to develop water resources in order to facilitate the exploitations, development and protection in a sustainable manner, nationally and internationally, consistent with the Royal Governments principles.
The daft of sub-decree on the organization and functioning of the ministry of womens and veterans affairs, and the draft of sub-decree on the organization and the functioning of the Ministry of Social Affairs, labor, vocational training and youth rehabilitation .
Considering the two drafts of the sub-decree, the cabinet decided to send back to the Council of Ministers to reconvene the inter-ministry meeting with the participation from the ministry of womens and veterans affairs, Ministry of Social affairs, labor, vocational training and youth rehabilitation, Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of Health in order to propose a new draft to the council to review and adopt.
The draft of sub-decree on the creation of military council.
The cabinet approved of and adopted the draft of sub-decree on the creation of the military council in accordance with the article 02 of the general statutes of the soldiers of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. The military council has the duties to inspect, study, consider in order to facilitate all the paper works relating to military regulations in conformity with the laws on the general statutes of soldiers of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces before submitting to the cabinet for approval.
