On July 2, 1999 morning at 8. 30 at the Council of Ministers there was a plenary meeting of the Cabinet, presided over by Samdech Hun Sen Prime Minister of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia in order to review and pass:
Draft sub-decree on the organization and functioning of
the Ministry of Urbanism and Construction
The Cabinet agreed and adopted the draft sub-decree which stipulates that the Ministry of Urbanism and Construction is assigned a mission by the Royal Government of Cambodia to direct and control the work of land organization, urbanism, construction, land distribution, and geography of the Kingdom of Cambodia, except other tasks the Royal Government may assign to other institutions. Ministry of Urbanism and Construction has four General Departments- the General Department of Administration, the General Department of Urbanism, the General Department of Construction, and the General Department of Land distribution and Geography.
Draft sub-decree on the organization and functioning of
the Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection
The Cabinet also agreed and adopted the draft sub-decree which stipulates that the Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection is assigned a mission by the Royal Government to direct and control the work of coordination, National Assembly-Senate relations, and inspection of all fields in the Kingdom of Cambodia, aimed at anti-corruption, against power-used violations, and so on.
Proposal for an approval from the Cabinet on an agreement on investment protection and promotion with Indonesia and German Federation in order to complete the procedures in order to submit to the National Assembly for ratification
