Highly Esteemed Prime Minister Hun Sen,

I am extremely grateful to you for granting me this blessingful audience with you today and also for the signal opportunity for me and my students from various countries to be with your distinguished ministers, deputy ministers and other leaders in your Government.

It is a great honour and privilege for me to present you with the Lifting Up World with a Oneness-Heart Award in recognition of your fathomless bravery, matchless strength and limitless sacrifices to lift up the lives of each and every one of your millions of brothers and sisters of Cambodia. As an Indian who was born in a small village in East Bengal, I have embraced your country and countrymen as my own, very own. Therefore, my joy knows no bounds to be here with you today.

I have presented the Lifting Up the World With a Oneness-Heart Award to preeminent men and women from all walks of life who have raised the standard of humanity. The includes many presidents, prime ministers, United Nations Under-Secretaries-General, 6 Presidents of the UN General Assembly and Nobel laureates, President Nelson Mandela has unreservedly graced our Lifting Up World With a Oneness-Heart programme. His number was 2000 and through my lifting, I am trying to offer great servers of humanity my deepest appreciation and admiration from the inmost recesses of my gratitude-heart.

My most esteemed Prime Minister Hun Sen, your achievements are countless in number and breathless in scope. Since your childhood, you have suffered unimaginably with and for your people. Indeed, you are the supremely chosen instrument of the Lord Buddha to save millions upon millions of your people from certain and imminent death by liberating them from the darkest forces during Cambodia’s darkest night.

What you yourself were ruthlessly denied-education, food and even shelter-you have personally provide to the people of Cambodia. You have built thousands and thousands of schools, hospitals, houses and irrigation canals. Under your wise guidance, you have brought Cambodia into the fold of the Association of South-East Asian Nations. You are eager to sail the golden boat of Cambodia forward. You have crafted a government of national reconciliation and oneness-encouraging and embracing all to join with you for the well-being of each and every citizen of Cambodia.

My most highly esteemed Prime Minister Hun Sen, I would most respectfully request you to accept now the Lifting Up the World With a Oneness-Heart Award on behalf of myself and the peace Meditation at the United Nation.
