The Council for the Development of Cambodia hereby inform all of the chairmen of associations and clubs, foreign investors, and investors operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: with reference to the law on immigration of the Kingdom of Cambodia and other related regulations, any foreign investor, as well as his own family, investing in the kingdom of Cambodia have the right to get to be investor immigrant alien, by merely completing the application form at the Representative Department of Foreigner office of Ministry of Interior attached to the CDC, Building C, Room 12-13, whose will be authorized for Exit-Entry permit from the Kingdom of Cambodia without visa upon the applicants have received Permanent Residency Card.

Therefore, all authorized investors from a competent institutions and have carrying out their business in the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishing to obtain the privileges provided by the law, shall fulfill the application form on the working hours at the above office mentioned.
