ON
THE CANCELLATION OF THIRTY-SIX INVESTMENT
ENTERPRISES FROM THE CDC INVESTMENT LIST
The Council for the Development of Cambodia
- Referring to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
- Referring to Preah Reach Kret No. NS/RKT/ 1198/72 of November 30, 1998 on the Appointment of Royal Government of Cambodia;
- Referring to Preah Reach Kram No. 02/NS/94 of July 20, 1994 promulgating the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers;
- Referring to Preah Reach Kram No. 03/NS/94 of August 5, 1994 promulgating the Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
- Referring to Anukret No. 70/ANK/BK of July 27, 2001 on the Organization and Functioning of the Council for the Development of Cambodia;
- Referring to Anukret No. 88/ANK/BK of December 29, 1997 on the Implementation of the Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
- Referring to Sarachor Nernoam No. 748/00 CDC of March 15, 2000 on Procedures for Non-Performing Investment Enterprises;
- Referring to Sechkdey Chun Damneng No. 2700/98 CDC of December 24, 1998;
- Referring to Sechkdey Chun Damneng No. 1454/00 CDC of May 24, 2000;
- Referring to Secbkdey Chun Damneng No. 3441/01 CDC of November 22, 2001;
- Pursuant to actual needs.
Article 1:
To cancel from the CDC/CIB Investment List the thirty-six investment enterprises listed in annex on Non-Performing Investment Enterprises as attached herewith.
Article 2:
The CDC Vice-Chairmen, the CDC Secretary-General, and the CIB Secretary-General shall effectively implement this Prakas from the date of its Signature.
