Referring to the spirits of Sechkdey Chun Damneng (Notice) No. 1300 of August 24^th, 2001 on the Outcome of the Fourth Royal Government - Private Sector Forum held on August 6, 2001 and Prakas (Declaration) No. 3695/01 CDC of December 13^th, 2001 on the Creation of Inter-Ministerial Commission for Monitoring the Use of Investment Incentives by Investment Enterprises, the Council for the Development of Cambodia "CDC" hereby informs all investment enterprises benefiting from the investment incentives granted by the State that they shall be responsible for facilitating the inspection of the Post Audit Inter-Ministerial Committee as follows:

• provide proper reports on the importation and exportation using the forms of CDC attached with as supporting documents;
• provide proper production records with signature of the president;
• provide data in stock, raw materials used for production line and pre export;
• provide the facilitation for inspection by the Inter-Ministerial Commission such as inspection of machineries, equipments, materials pursuant to a list authorized by the CDC, and provide staff for counting goods if necessary.

The CDC also hereby further informs that the presence of the company manager during inspection at the investment enterprises is very essential.

The CDC is counting on the collaboration of Neak Oknha, ladies and gentlemen as managers of investment enterprises to effectively implement this Notice from the date of its signature.
