Taking the available resources and commitment of the staff concerned into account, and together with the capacity building plan, it is highly expected that the current Five-Year Strategic Plan will be achievable, successful and effective. With the current plan in hand, CMAC will be in an advantageous position to mobilize all possible resources to sustain the demining activities, to enhance its clearance productivity and to achieve its mission. The Strategic Plan will provide a tool and guide for the development of individual action plan for each Strategic Goal as stipulated in the current Plan.
