On himself:
I have three
brothers and two sisters. I'm the only one in my family studying at this school.
I'm also the youngest child in my family. My brothers are all working in Phnom
Penh. One repairs phones, another is working in a factory, and another is a
barber. My sisters work in Poipet, giving manicures in a beauty parlor. My
family comes from eastern Kampong Thom. We moved here one year ago. My parents
are both farmers. Our house is only 50 meters away from the school.

On the new building:
The new building has
made me more interested in my studies. More specifically, it encourages me to
come to school.
On studying in a
combined class:
[4th and 5th grade
has been combined, as two teachers have left] There are some
problems because the teacher can only teach one class at a time and therefore
doesn't have enough time to teach each class fully. So there are some problems.
After each lesson is finished, we have to move straight on to the next one, so
it's difficult for both the teacher and the students. There's never enough time
to fully explain all the problems because we constantly have to push forward in
order to cover everything in only half the time.

Favorite subject:
I like math most.
It's easy for me to do calculations in my head.
On his vacation:
I'll help my parents
farm rice in the fields.
If he could wish for
anything:
I want to be a phone
repairman.
If he could travel
anywhere:
I would travel to
Angkor Wat because I want to see the ancient ruins and artifacts there.
