Lang Heng is a villager living 150 m from the school. He is a farmer and is married. His two sons attend the school, in the second and first grades.
| On the new building: | “I think that the new building has truly developed the
village, because this village really lacked a school only a few years
ago. Now we have a new school building provided by this generous
man called Paul Singh and I am very delighted that he had the good will
to help us develop our people, and children in particular.”

| Message for Mr. Singh: | “I would like to thank Mr. Paul Singh and JRFC and the Social Fund for providing this village with a new school building so that all the children in the village can get good knowledge.” |
