The Cambodia Rural School Project

| On the new building: |
I like this building very much because my village has never before
received support from overseas groups.
This building is much nicer than our old one.
That one had no walls and holes in the roof so we had to cancel
class whenever it rained. It
is very easy for me to teach the students, it is very comfortable, and
it has enough tables for all of the students to sit at.
|
| On school subjects: |
I like teaching all of the
subjects, because each is important in its own way.
I think that mathematics and Khmer are the most important for the
students, because Khmer is their native language and they must know
mathematics to understand things. The students like the same courses because they want to know
how to write, and they think that knowing mathematics is necessary to be
clever.
|
| On teaching: |
The best thing about my job is teaching the students. I especially like to teach them about morality and dignity
because I want them to know the difference between good and bad in our
society.

| Message for Ronald Winston: | On behalf of the teaching staff, I would like to thank Ronald Winston for donating this school building for our students. |
