Mrs. So Soveung lives with her
family in Boeung Khlaing Khang Keth village
where The Fumiko Oshima School is located.
She is 48 years old.

“I am a
vegetable seller. I
have a small shop in front of my house.
I can earn US$5 or 6 in profit a day.
My husband is the Deputy District Chief of Education, for
which he earns about US$25 per month.”

four eldest sons are teachers and farmers.
My youngest son is 10 and is in fourth grade, and my
youngest daughter is seven and is in first grade.”
