Khem Sin is a 56-year-old villager. He daughter comes to study at the new school.

“From the beginning, there is no concrete school building in my village. Now we have a nice concrete building. We are happy.” 

“However, life is very hard in this village because it borders the Tonle Sap Lake. When there is a flood, the rice is destroyed and when there is no flood and no rain, the rice will die because of no waters. With or without waters, the harvest is the same; Always a bad harvest.”
