A Young Donor's Impressions


The following is an essay contributed to this Webpage in September 2004 by 12-year-old lan Wahrenbrock who accompanied his sister, Taylor (shown with him in front of their Cambodian school), and parents, Judie and Scott, to the opening ceremony of the Wahrenbrock Family School (No. 235) the month before. Ian is in the seventh grade at Culbreth Middle School in Chapel Hill, NC. The school is located in Takeo some three hours from Phnom Penh.
