PUC, officially authorized and accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia, is an English based institution of higher learning that uses credit system and adopts international curriculum and standards in all our English and degree programs.

PUC serves as an academic bridge between universities in Cambodia and those overseas. We have established academic and technical cooperation with several universities and institutions in the U.S. Through these partnerships, the following programs and projects have tremendously enhanced our students' learning, as well as our faculty's teaching and research: California State University, Fullerton Beach (Community Service-Learning, Faculty Development, Online Library); California State University, Long Beach (Student & Faculty Exchanges); California State University, Dominguez Hills (Library Development); Open Society Initiative (Street Law & Legal Clinic)
