Toward Zero Victims

        On the occasion of the opening of the International Forum on Demining and Victim Assistance in Phnom Penh, we extend to all the delegates gathered here from all over the world, our fervent wish that your dedicated efforts will help speed an end to the immense suffering the explosion of such mines have caused innocent people who have been maimed and killed.

     Let us pray that no more mines will be placed from this day and the demining efforts will eradicate their existence from this earth.
