Girl #88 - Ny Pheng

Girl student: Ny Pheng is 16 years old. She is in the 4th grade, primary school.

Why we are sponsoring the girl: Pheng lives with her family. Her parents are farmers. Her mother’s name’s Anng Chan, 42 years old. Her father’s name’s Ny Phoeuy, 55 years old. Pheng has two brothers and two sisters.

Pheng stopped to attend school because of the poverty of her family. With the bean harvesting they cannot solve their problem needs. They must reimburse money to the other families that they borrowed before growing the bean.

This is the cause that Pheng doesn’t have opportunity to attend school. She has to stay home, do housework, and help the parents in the farm.

After the meeting with the family the parents and Pheng understand the interest of the Education and the future of the Pheng.

Support: We pay her family $10 a month for perfect attendance.
