Current
situation: Her family’s homeland is in Prey Veng province.
They came to live here for the past ten years. Her parents were separated
many years, now her mother has a second husband but he deserted her
nearly a month ago. Pov said that her second father had a shown bad
behavior to her and others. She has three sisters and two brothers.
She is the youngest child in the family. There are seven members in
the family. Her family is staying on and keeping someone’s land
up but do not get paid. So they have to work hard in the field to support
the family. She left school more than three months ago due to her mother
wanting her to take care of her little niece at home and work as worker
everywhere that people want to hire her (rice cultivation). The average
income from all the children about $2 a day, and expense all for food.
Problem
she faces: The family is living in the poorest condition. Most
of members in the family are illiterate.
Suggestion: Her mother will send her to school after
but they need our support.
Support:
We pay her mother $10 a month ($120 a year)
