Profile: Moung Kong Kea is 13 years old and a third grade student at the 2005-2006 semester at the Wahrenbrock Family primary school in Kror Vark village, Ang Prarsat commune, Kirivong district, Takeo province.
Current Situation: Her family is sells gasoline. The reason she dropped out of school was that lost $70 when the gasoline shop claimed she did not pay him but Kea says she did. She has to work and is forced to pay him off. She must travel 15 kilometers by bike to sell the gasoline and earns only $1 a day. Her mother is pregnant and her third father a motor taxi driver. They are very poor. She has to support six family members who need $1.50 a day.
Problem she faces: Poverty, her parent does not care about her studies
Suggestion: Her mother agreed to send Kea to attend when the school start next term.
